Made in Japan! After a move to the United States, Michael and his cameras have spanned the globe above and underwater. Formally trained in cinema studies in New York City and now based in Portland, OR, his experiences have ranged from working on major Hollywood motion pictures to Antarctica expeditions. His passion for the ocean and diving started at an early age and with 21 years on scuba he has accumulated dive experiences from all over the world. He is a PADI certified Open Water Scuba Instructor with a keen interest in sharing his diving, exploration and photography experiences with others.
