Ziggy Livnat

Ziggy is an independent, award winning, filmmaker, presenter, conservationist and educator. He has been published in National Geographic Magazine, commissioned to create films for NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and worked with the education department of the American Museum of Natural History in New York. His work can be seen regularly on CBS Sunday Morning’s “Moment in Nature” as well as National Geographic Channel Israel.He has a Master’s degree in fine arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York and through the years he has gained a wide and general knowledge in marine biology through continuous collaborations with marine researchers. He is an experienced technical diver, Closed Circuit Rebreather diver, scientific diver and Dive master.
