RARE full body view of a blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus), underwater, the whale passes under a human swimmer which makes good perspective for size of the whale. (Swimmer has fins and snorkel but NO TANK, not scuba.) See entire length of this rare blue whale, including face and eye and blowholes (nostrils) and the whole body and tiny dorsal fin and tail. The whale left a “footprint” of white bubbles at the surface of the ocean, where it last took a breath. Pretty ocean surface, reflective, seen from below. This baleen whale is attracted by krill (Euphausia pacifica) in the water, they are the little pink bits passing by in upper corners of the frame. Where krill catch the light, they are slightly pink. The water has many particles in it, this is the abundant krill or plankton. Good long shot, at the end, see the blue whale passes under a different person floating at surface, the human is near a small boat. Healthy Ocean. North America West Coast.
